Lafayette supports its employees in the development of professional skills, and in the pursuit of on-going personal development by offering training opportunities both on and off campus.
Throughout the year, employees are invited to attend workshops and seminars brought to campus to enhance the development of skills and provide professional growth opportunities. In addition, the Office of Human Resources is available to assist supervisors and staff in providing departmentally tailored training programs or to provide resources to meet the needs of departments and individuals.
