Summer Employment for Non-Lafayette Students

The Office of Human Resources will be collecting non-Lafayette student applications for summer employment. Once an application is received, Human Resources will provide a list of open job opportunities to each applicant. The applicant can then follow up with the hiring manager for any positions of interest. The hiring manager should contact Human Resources if they decide to hire a non-Lafayette student. College policy concerning nepotism disallows the employment of close relatives in a supervisor-subordinate relationship.

For summer employment the order of hire is as follows:

1. Lafayette undergraduates including incoming freshmen.
2. Children of employees.
3. All others.
