Vacation Reporting for Salaried Employees has transitioned to an electronic process. Each Salaried Employee eligible for vacation will be emailed a link at the end of each fiscal year to record vacation days. You may use the below form to manually track your vacation days throughout the year. This form is not to be used for end of year vacation reporting.

The Office of Human Resources will be collecting non-Lafayette student applications for summer employment. Once an application is received, Human Resources will provide a list of open job opportunities to each applicant. The applicant can then follow up with the hiring manager for any positions of interest. The hiring manager should contact Human Resources if they decide to hire a non-Lafayette student. For Recreation Services, first complete the application with Human Resources, and click on the link before for summer opportunities.
College policy concerning nepotism disallows the employment of close relatives in a supervisor-subordinate relationship.
For summer employment the order of hire is as follows:
1. Lafayette undergraduates including incoming freshmen.
2. Children of employees.
3. All others.
