This award was established to recognize sustained, distinguished performance by members of the administrative, support, plant operations, and public safety staff. The Distinguished Service Award gives faculty, administrators, and staff the opportunity to thank and recognize other employees for contributing in significant ways to improve the Lafayette community. The Recognition Committee is comprised of representatives from each division. The Committee reviews nominations and makes recommendations to the President on an annual basis. Recipients will receive $1,500 in recognition of the award. The deadline for submission of nominations is April 18, 2022. Nominations should be sent to the Office of Human Resources or to email@example.com.
Formal recognition of all award recipients is made annually.

2022 Leopard Award
This award is presented throughout the year to members of the support, plant operations, and public safety staff who have made an exceptional contribution to the College by working on a special project or event or providing some type of extraordinary service beyond their normal job responsibilities. Nominations may be made by any College employee and should be forwarded to the nominee’s supervisor. The supervisor, if in support of the nomination, should forward a letter of support to the Division Head and the Office of Human Resources for review. Award recipients will be recognized by their department and will receive $150 in their paycheck.
