2026 Performance Evaluation Forms
Performance Evaluations forms are designed to be completed electronically. While the format allows for handwritten completion, electronic completion is strongly recommended.
Each year, the College brings supervisors and their non-union team members together for annual performance conversations to highlight shared accomplishments and support ongoing professional growth. This year, the College will pilot an updated performance evaluation process designed to incorporate feedback and shape future improvements.
Guided by community input, the updated evaluation forms reflect a more growth-focused approach—creating space for open, constructive dialogue between supervisors and employees, and helping to set clear, forward-looking goals and priorities. The review period covers employee performance between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
To support a smooth transition, Human Resources will offer in-person and virtual sessions detailing the 2026 process. Employees are encouraged to attend; refreshments will be provided. Register HERE for any of the sessions.
