New Part-Time or Temporary Employees
Below are the forms to be completed by newly hired, part-time or temporary employees. (*Required)
The information below will be useful to you as as a new employee. We encourage all staff to sign up for the Lafayette Leopard Alert System.
Lafayette IDs are provided to regular, part-time employees only, and are submitted electronically. Lafayette IDs are not provided to temporary or occasional employees. You must wait until you have a Lafayette email before you can request an ID. Lafayette emails are requested by HR, and will be provided to you by your hiring manager.
Non-Lafayette Student Employees
Below are the forms to be completed by newly hired, non-Lafayette student employees. Lafayette student employees should receive their forms through Lafayette Payroll Dept or their hiring manager.
