Post-65 retirees electing to participate in the Premium Reimbursement option will need to notify the Office of Human Resources in order to cancel your current Lafayette insurance coverage and to receive a supply of reimbursement forms. The College will reimburse up to $211.50 per month for the retiree only; up to $164.50 per month for a spouse (partner); and up to $164.50 per month for a surviving spouse (partner), under the premium reimbursement arrangement. If you elect this option, you will need to purchase coverage on your own. Upon submitting evidence of this payment to the Office of Human Resources, you will receive reimbursement as detailed above.
