To ensure your benefits coverage for 2026, employees must complete their enrollment in the online portal by the end of the day on November 21, 2025. This is the only time of year that you can make changes to your coverage without a “life status change.”
MEDICAL PLANS: The College’s Health Insurance Plan for calendar year 2026 will continue to offer the same three medical plans and Capital Blue Cross will continue to be our health insurance carrier.
You will not receive a new medical/prescription ID card from Capital Blue Cross if you were enrolled in 2025.
HSA / FSA: If you elected to contribute to either a HSA or FSA in 2025, this contribution election WILL NOT continue for the 2026 plan year unless you actively select a new contribution election for 2026. Total contribution maximums for 2026 will be:
Health FSA – $3,400;
Dependent FSA – $7,500;
HSA: Single $4,400 / Family $8,750;
HSA: Age 55+ catchup is $1000.
DENTAL PLAN: Delta Dental will continue to be our dental insurance carrier.
Delta Dental does not issue ID cards and an ID card is not required when you receive dental services. However, you have the ability to print an ID card by logging into the Delta Dental website if you prefer to have something in hand.
VISION COVERAGE: NEW in 2026, the College will offer an enhanced, more comprehensive vision plan with NVA. You must actively enroll in the vision coverage for 2026. Participants will receive new ID cards from NVA. For more info. and to search for providers, go to www.e-nva.com and enter username “Lafayette” and password “vision1”. This new plan replaces the previous discount plan.
VOYA HOSPITAL CONFINEMENT & WELLNESS REIMBURSEMENT: The College will continue to provide a supplemental benefit to all three medical plans, at no additional cost to you, through the Voya program. This benefit provides reimbursement for hospital confinement and wellness visits.
