This site will provide you with all information related to your benefits enrollment for 2025 and access to the benefits enrollment system, below (log in using your Lafayette network credentials).

Be sure to complete your online enrollment choices on or before November 22, 2024

KEY POINTS FOR 2025...

  • 2025 Open Enrollment Guide
  • MEDICAL PLANS: The College’s Health Insurance Plan for calendar year 2025 will continue to offer the same three medical plans and Capital Blue Cross will continue to be our health insurance carrier. There will be some plan design changes to the Standard PPO and Low Deductible PPO plans. No plan changes will be made to the Qualified High Deductible PPO with the HSA plan. See the 2025 Open Enrollment Guide for details.
  • MEDICAL PREMIUMS: Employees will see a 5% increase to the premiums for the Standard PPO Plan. As in previous years, the Standard PPO plan will continue to set the benchmark for the College’s contribution. The College will contribute the difference between the employee premium and the cost of the plan for 2025. The College contribution to an employee’s monthly premium is the same whether the employee chooses the Low Deductible, Standard, or Qualified High Deductible PPO plan. See the 2025 Open Enrollment Guide for details.
  • PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE: There will be no plan design changes (copays and deductibles). Your Capital Blue Cross member ID card will continue to serve as your prescription plan ID card.
  • HSA / FSA: If you elected to contribute to either a HSA or FSA in 2024, this contribution election WILL NOT continue for the 2025 plan year unless you actively select a new contribution election for 2025 using the open enrollment system.  Total contribution maximums for 2025 will be:
    • Health FSA – $3,300
    • Dependent FSA – $5,000
    • HSA: Single $4,300, Family $8,550
    • HSA: Age 55+ catchup is $1000
  • DENTAL PLAN: Delta Dental will continue to be our dental insurance carrier. There are no plan design changes or premium increases for the dental plan in 2025.
  • VOYA HOSPITAL CONFINEMENT & WELLNESS REIMBURSEMENT: The College will continue to provide a supplemental benefit to all three medical plans, at no additional cost to you, through the Voya program. This benefit provides reimbursement for hospital confinement and wellness visits.
  • ID CARDS: You will receive a new medical/prescription ID card from Capital Blue Cross. Delta Dental does not issue ID cards and an ID card is not required when you receive dental services. However, you have the ability to print an ID card by logging into the Delta Dental website if you prefer to have something in hand.
  • FOR ASSISTANCE with the Online Enrollment system, reserve your appointment time now.
  • ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: Employees enrolling in any benefits for 2025 must do so through the open enrollment online portal by end of day on November 22, 2024.  Please note, this is the ONLY time of year that you can make changes to your coverage without a “life status change.”
