The Staff Handbook has been updated and is available to all Lafayette College staff. All staff employees are required to review and complete the electronic handbook acknowledgment form before November 30, 2026. New Employees should review the handbook and return the acknowledgment within 30 days of their hire date.
This handbook update replaces all previous handbook versions for salaried and hourly staff. The interactive table of contents allows you to quickly jump to what you need.
