The executive board of the women’s club team seeks an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fulfill the role of the Lafayette Women’s Rugby Club Coach. This paid, hourly wage position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a collegiate rugby team full of dedicated athletes; fostering a culture of teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have passion for rugby, strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, a positive attitude, and a commitment to the holistic development of the team.
