Employees and their dependents enrolled in any of the College’s three medical plans can take their healthcare benefits with them when traveling abroad through the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core program. This program provides members with access to doctors and hospitals around the world.
Eligible employees have access to Travel Assistance services through MetLife, a program where you and covered family members can contact a representative to administer emergency medical, travel, and personal assistance services, wherever you are in the world.
Lafayette College utilizes the services of On Call International for all students, staff, and faculty participating in Lafayette-sponsored international travel. Fees associated with utilizing this plan are the responsibility of the participant, program, or department.
