Participation in certain leadership development opportunities, (e.g., the Higher Education Leader’s Institute), are only available via employee nomination by Division Heads. Offering a broad spectrum of opportunities for faculty and staff designed to build professional networks, enable best practice sharing, facilitate professional development opportunities, and cultivate collaborative research and initiatives, LVAIC is a unique consortium consisting of 6 member colleges and universities in the Lehigh Valley (Cedar Crest College, DeSales University, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, Moravian University, and Muhlenberg College), as well as 6 associate member institutions in the eastern Pennsylvania region.
