Behavioral Health Resources from Capital Blue Cross
If you are struggling with mental health issues, remember that you are not alone.
If you are a member with Capital Blue Cross, you can call the behavioral health number on your ID card for 24/7 support to answer questions about benefits, available services, and finding providers. The Capital Blue Cross network of providers includes psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, marriage/family therapists, clinical social workers, and alcohol/drug addiction counselors.
Virtual Care can help to eliminate common barriers to accessing behavioral health services. If you would prefer not to leave your home for care or can't make time for an in-person appointment, you have access to confidential video conferencing with mental and behavioral health providers through the Capital Blue Cross Virtual Care app. A virtual care visit with a licensed behavioral health professional, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, may be right for you. This service assures confidential private video conferencing. Appointments are available from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week, with some same-day appointments possible.
