Part-Time Facility Attendant (weekend mornings)

Reliable and responsible individuals with good communication skills needed to work weekend mornings from 9:20 am to Noon. Once fully trained, will be eligible for sub shifts throughout the entire week. Must be capable of passing a CPR with AED & First Aid course and also be capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Start Date: August 29th

Responsibilities:

• Open the facility and prepare the space for patron use.
• Manage the reception desk and patron check-in and/or supervise proper use of equipment and general equipment care in the fitness center.
• Assist with managing facility safety by inspecting area of responsibility, reporting equipment malfunctions, following procedure, and enforcing policies.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable with the use of computers.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds short distances.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification required (training will be provided if needed).

Wage:  Starting hourly wage ranging from $13.50-$14.50 per hour and will commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include a complimentary pass to the recreation center including the pool for personal use outside of work hours and within normal operating hours
