The Lafayette College Distinguished Service Award recognizes sustained distinguished performance and contributions from support or administrative staff members. Members of the Lafayette Community may submit nominations. Award recipients will have demonstrated their ability and willingness to provide sustained, distinguished, quality service within the framework of their roles.
The Cyrus S. Fleck Jr. ’52 Administrator of the Year Prize recognizes outstanding contributions by members of the Lafayette administrative team to the campus community. The recipient must be a full-time officer of administration (i.e., an administrative employee). Generally, the nominee should have been employed with the College for at least five years. Nominations may be offered by members of the faculty or division heads and will be selected by the president.
The deadline for submissions for both awards is Wednesday, April 24, 2026.
