At this time of year when high school seniors are beginning the college application process for college admission next fall, the Office of Human Resources wants to be sure that you are familiar with Lafayette’s Tuition Programs. Lafayette College provides tuition benefit programs to assist full-time benefit-eligible employees with the cost of their eligible dependents’ post-secondary education, and which includes Lafayette Tuition Remission, The Tuition Exchange, Inc., or Tuition Grants.
We encourage you to submit your Tuition Program Application when your dependent first starts submitting college applications. For the Tuition Exchange program, we recommend submitting your program applications at the same time as any early decision applications and/or before the new year as participating institutions have varying submission deadlines.
As a reminder, programs are also available for full-time staff and their spouses. This includes Part-Time Tuition Remission and LVAIC Cross-Registration.
Eligibility rules and additional information on all of our tuition programs may be found on the Benefits section of the HR website at https://hr.lafayette.edu/tuition/.
If you have any questions regarding eligibility or the program, please contact Karen Yaskanin-Jones in HR at x3388 or yaskanik@lafayette.edu.
If you supervise employees who do not have routine access to email, please print out and post a copy of this email where they will easily see it. Thank you.
