The Student Enrollment Assistant will be a member of the operations team within the Admissions Office. The Admissions team is responsible for recruiting, selecting and enrolling new students to Lafayette College. The Student Enrollment Assistant has responsibility for importing data files, data entry and clean-up, emails and mailings in regard to student inquiries, applications, decisions and enrollment processes. This individual will also support several admissions territory managers in support of their recruitment travel. The support includes mailings to high schools and to prospective students, and updating our CRM with the appropriate student interactions. This person will also provide clerical and project support for the admissions office relating to specific programs and responsibilities, including assisting with onsite event registration. In addition, there will be opportunities for cross-training to support others within the admissions team.

• expertise with Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Access) and Google Suite (drive, doc, sheet, calendar and email)
• aptitude to learn other technical applications, specifically Slate (our CRM) and Banner.

This union position is 0.75 FTE with the core work weeks beginning in late August to mid- May. Additional hours will be scheduled as needed with advanced notice given. The individual reports to the Manager of Admissions Operations and Technology.
