Work-Life Balance Programs

We are pleased to announce that two new programs are now available to you – Travel Assistance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). They are included as part of your new Group Basic Life Insurance from the Standard Insurance Company (effective January 1, 2016). If you’re eligible for Lafayette’s group insurance coverage through the Standard (life and disability), you and your family automatically have access to these services now, with no additional forms to fill out and at no cost to you!  Attached please find further information about these two new programs for eligible employees of Lafayette College.
